LoveMySkoolThe terms (“Vendor Terms”) detailed below cover the sale and distribution of content via LoveMySkool’s Applications(s) (the “Applications”). You accept these Terms by uploading your content to the Applications and making it available for other Users.
These Vendor Terms are applicable to anyone (including individuals/teachers/parents) who uploads content to the Applications and makes it available for other Users for free or for a predefined cost.
LoveMySkool does not endorse or own any content, assignment, message, discussion, chat, announcement and various other data (referred to as “Content” hereafter) that is posted by Vendors on the Applications.
LoveMySkool shall take no responsibility or liability for the correctness, accuracy, appropriateness and copyright of any Content made available by you. This will be your sole liability and responsibility.
You will not use the Applications to share personal or inappropriate content including nudity, pornography, hatred, graphic violence, or criminal activity. The designation of any such materials is entirely at our sole discretion. LoveMySkool has the rights to monitor, edit or remove any Content without prior notice.
LoveMySkool respects the intellectual property of your Content. If you believe that your uploaded Content has been copied or distributed in a manner that qualifies for any violation, please bring it to our attention. However, this does not guarantee or makes LoveMySkool responsible for resolving the matter.
You understand and agree, however, that LoveMySkool may retain, but not display, distribute, or perform, server copies of your Content that has been deleted.
Through this Vendor Terms, you accept to pay 30% of the total sale amount (after taxes) to LoveMySkool. You also accept to provide the stated discount on your items when they are purchased as a “Collection” (in combination with other items on sale by you). This discount is reviewed and confirmed by you at the time of building a Collection.
Payments entitled to you will get credited on a monthly basis prior to the 5th of every subsequent month. For example, payments for sales during May 2017 will get credited to your registered account by 5th June 2017.
Your payment will be processed in your primary currency, irrespective of the buyer’s purchasing currency. LoveMySkool Users (Buyers) will be able to purchase your Content in different currencies depending on their location. Currencies supported are USD, GBP, EUR and INR. The currency exchange rate is based on the daily rates published by European Central Bank (ECB) and will be rounded-off to the nearest whole number- e.g. $26.79 will be listed as $27.00 while $26.17 will be listed as $26.00.
You accept to clearly represent the price of your Content and the materials to be included within so as to lead to no confusion or misleading information for Users who purchase.
You accept to clearly state the refund policy for your sale and abide by it.
You accept to include all applicable taxes such as VAT (Value Added Tax) and GST (Goods & Services Tax) within your stated price.
You will be liable to record and file taxes with relevant tax authorities for any revenue generated through sale via the Applications.
The Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Vadodara, Gujarat jurisdiction. Parties submit all their disputes arising out of or in connection with the Terms to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Vadodara, Gujarat.
