Learning Path based on Activity Completion
Define Activities
A teacher can choose from a range of items as “Activities” that will drive the students’ progress on the Course Map. These Activities are based on students’ participation for items such as Pages, Quizzes, Assignments, and Discussion Forums.
Define Completion Criteria
For each Activity defined, a teacher can choose the completion criteria such as: marking an Activity as “Completed”, viewing a Page, achieving a Test score equal or greater than the defined criteria, submitting an Assignment, starting a Discussion Forum, and posting comments to a Discussion Forum. A teacher has the option to configure and restrict progress based on the precedence of modules so that a student is restricted to access new modules until the preceding ones are completed.
Track Progress
Activity completion is also linked to Course Completion to allow both students and teachers track progress through a Course. As each activity is ticked as "Complete", the student moves further towards final completion of the Course.
